Never owned any Dickies brand anything, so I was leery about buying these, but with Amazon's free returns offer, I took a chance. I'm glad I did. I am 5'7" weigh 125 lbs wear 27 or 28 in jeans (usually size 4 pants, sometimes 2, sometimes up to a size 7 in juniors depending on the brand). I bought the size 5 and they fit perfectly! And they are actually long enough to reach the tops of my feet! Love them! They are comfy and don't ride down (hate that plumber's crack look).
Granted I have skinny legs and have a hard time finding fitted jeans, but I am so surprised at how well these fit me! This is my first pair of "jeggings" and they look like jeans, have a top button, but the pockets (front and back) look real, but aren't really pockets which works fine, I never put anything into my pockets anyway. I took off the Dickies tag and label and am very pleased with this very reasonably priced purchase. Great color, no dye issues when I laid them on my white comforter to try them on, I'd buy more if they came in other colors.
