I hope Amazon will correct this. They are featuring a down side review that says these suspenders are too short for someone 5'10". This is not true and unfairly drives customers away. I was almost one of those customers but I suspected that the customer did not realize the suspenders are adjustable and I was right. I'm 5'10" and these are just fine fore someone this size or much larger.
I will add that I had to discover a bit of a trick to get the clamps to take at the adjustment. I couldn't get the strap adjusters to clamp properly till I discovered that you have to pull on one side of the loop to make them clamp down.
I ordered these because the stitching came loose on another pair I had. If they come apart later I'll be back, or maybe someone else can say if there's that sort of propblem. But they seem like 5s to me.
They're a bit wider than another brand I ordered. That other brand only had one clamp at the rear. This one has two.
Description of Dickies Men's 1-1/2 Solid Straight Clip Suspender
Work Suspenders by Dickies. This heavy-duty suspender is made of a quality elastic material and is 1.5 inches wide. In addition, it has heavy-duty metal clips with silver or antique brass finish (no choice) and an embossed leather patch. This item is made to hold up pants. Available in Navy, Black and Khaki. To adjust: Pull metal clips up and out, adjust to a comfortable length. Hold the bar under the clip down with your thumbs while firmly applying pressure to the adjuster toward the bar with your forefingers. It will snap in place when secure.
